# “Insufficient developer role”

 * i connected the plugin successfully to instagram, but now, some weeks later there
   are no posts shown, and when i try to authenticate again, i get a white page 
   with this error:
 * {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient 
   developer role”}
 * What can i do?

 * Can you please share a screenshot of the error and where you get this error? 
   Is it coming through REST API? What happens if you deactivate all other plugins
   except Real Media Library?
