I was reading the article on creating Child Themes. In the article there is this quote: "In the child theme directory, create a file called style.css. This is the only file required to make a child theme. ..."

Well, I followed the directions for making a child theme up to that point, but when I look at my available themes, I see the follwing:

    Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
Open Source Online Magazine Template is missing.
    Twenty Fourteen/twentyfourteen-child Template is missing.

For now I am ignoring the Online Magazine, because I intend to delete that totally. It is the twentyfourteen-child theme that appears not to map to the instructions as the only file in that directory is the "style.css" file. ...

Looks like I need more to meet the minimum requirements for a child theme.

Can you post the contents of your child theme's style.css?
