so sorry, stuck at the first hurdle. Have reset to default, first upload I get the following error:

Memphis Error: No categories found. The upload process can not proceed.

Then you need to create a folder… that is out dated text it should say “Memphis Error: No folders found. The upload process can not proceed.”

Click on mdocs>Options>Edit Folders> and create a folder.

Hi, Im so sorry, I have created a main folder and now I have uploaded the file. Looking in the mdocs page i see no file. In options I look for lost files and I see it there in documents. However on the main page i see no document. This should be much easier than i am making i am sure…I just seem to be having a lot of difficulty.

Can you see the files from the mdocs dashboard?

hmmm, sounds like some kind of bug. Have you tried to disable all plugins?

As for having a download button, currently mdocs doesn’t do that. It has been requested before and is in my development cycle as a feature request.

The listing that’s on the ‘Versions’ tab of a post has a very nice looking download link. That’s exactly what I’d like to see on the main [mdocs] list of documents! (It has much better styling overall, imho.)
The list on the Versions tab has a nice-looking 'download' link.
Of course, [mdocs] should list the documents, not the versions.

look great, do you have a screen shot of how documents should look on a web page made available four users to download.

Ideally i need document folders displayed. For example.

    Club Documentation
    Event Documentation

When a user clicks on a folder, the relevant documents available for download will be available. Ideally with a download button. I cant seem to get mDocs to do what I need, Im sure it can, I just cant get it to work.

    Thanks

the current version of mdocs does not have a download button on the list yet. The new version will have that functionality so stay tuned.

when is this to be released? I need to add docs to my site and therefore have used an alternative plugin. Would prefer to use mDocs.
