Instructed to start support thread in dashboard

Hi

I received this message in my WordPress dashboard and indeed the form on the homepage is not working. There error message reads, “Please select at least one list to subscribe to.”

Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

I did enable support as suggested above.

Hi David,

A couple quick things that could help and have at least sometimes helped in the past, are trying a couple things.

1. Just visiting the Lists page in our menu has cleared this error up for some.
2. Editing the form in question, and clicking save, without changing anything.

One question I have is if you recently upgraded the plugin to the latest version, or if you were updated for awhile, and just now noticed the issue.

Thanks very much – I think that saving without making any changes did the trick. I did just do updates after a while of not doing them.
