 * I am still having the problem, even after backing up to 2.7.1, deleting everything
   else first, including all plugins, where when I try to use an apostrophe, WordPress
   turns it into quotes. So in any posting or the blog title itself, Laura’s Blog
   becomes Laura”s Blog. This happens even if I am using the default theme.
 * Any idea how to make this stop??
