Install.php?step2 for anybody?

    I, I have a wordpress blog 2.1.3, and somebody hackme,
    in the server logs, i saw this:

    home/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fhome%2Fwp-admin%2F HTTP/1.0″ 200 1989 “

    “GET /home/wp-admin/install.css?version=2.1.3
    “GET /home/wp-admin/install.php?step=1 HTTP/1.0” 200 1546
    “POST /home/wp-admin/install.php?step=2 HTTP/1.0” 200 1606

    now my sql is emply (like first install) and a new admin name has been setup.

    any help? fix?
