# Install.php won’t open.

 * So I’m facing the small issue that I’ve modified the wp-config.php file and everything
   has gone through the FTP and is now supported on my BlueHost account.
 * Here’s the problem. Whenever I attempt to open my install.php from my admin folder,
   my Internet Explorer flickers for a second and then nothing happens at all.

 * Where on your domain are you installing? The site that your profile links to 
   goes to a Blue Host place holder.
