Installing Yoast SEO Plugin

    How do I Upload the wordress-seo folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory?
    I’m new to Word Press and would like to install the Yoast SEO plugin but am very confused on how to go about it.

    I use wordpress.org.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
