 * trying to install. using bluehost. totally screwed up. keep getting 404 error
   when tring to install. don’t know what i’m doing.

 * Is your domain still pointed to your WordPress.com website? If so, you wont be
   able to visit the WordPress login until you update your DNS to point to your 
   hosting account.

 * You don’t. You need to use a WordPress theme, built for WordPress. There’s literally
   thousands available for free.
