• I am attempting to use a theme that I purchased through mojo-themes.com. My hosting is done through GoDaddy.com and I have gone through their FTP uploader and was able to successfully upload my theme. Everything looks fine. However, when I login to my wordpress dashboard and go to apperance and then themes the only one that it looks like I am able to use is the default Titan theme. HELP!!!

  • chimayodurango,

Most common cause of this is when people upload the theme in a compressed format, such as .ZIP. If this is the case, you will need to extract the files that are contained in it and upload them again to /wp-content/themes/. Once that is done, you should be able to select it in your admin panel. Hope this helps.

Couldn’t you just upload the new theme from the upload option in wordpress? See video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKgCCw7_Q4Y&feature=youtu.be @ 1:34 is when he explains this.

I would like to know if this is the correct way to install the new premium theme as I would also like to purchase a mojo-theme and didn’t want to use filezilla to transfer database files etc.

    Mackabees,

We have an article that can help with how to install and activate your Premium WordPress Theme: http://go.me/Zi

If you’re using Go Daddy hosting, I’d recommend using our instructions, however, you could also use a third party tool to upload the ZIP file via FTP if you prefer.
