 * I am into a mess.
    I have downloaded the wordpress 2.8 I try to upload the files
   into the FTP Filezila but it sais transer failed.
 * Then I checked some tutorials and they say you need to visit your URL followed
   by /wp-admin/install.php
    What URL?

 * I’m on JustHost myself. Log into your control panel, and there is a link somewhere
   to install WordPress. Painless, fully automatic, and worked fine for me.
