# Installing WordPress on iPage

 * Hi
 * This is my first attempt at building a website, so bare with me if I sound like
   a noob. I have got my domain and hosting site (ipage), but when I try to download
   WordPress, the following error message comes up.
 * “We have tried everything we could, but we can’t seem to sync up with your web
   server. This could be DNS related or a Server Error, or perhaps you have a custom
   header (PHP or .htaccess) or are part of a “Cash for Domain Parking” program.”
 * I haven’t done anything with iPage or the domain except attempting to install
   WordPress.
 * Any ideas where i am going wrong or what I need to do to resolve this, any help
   would be much appreciated.

 * Thanks for the replies, I contacted iPage and the problem has now been resolved.
