 * And I get,
 *  Error 403 – Forbidden
 * You tried to access a document for which you don’t have privileges.

    because everything that should work 404’s and front 
   is 403

 * I downloaded wordpress, changed the wp-config renamed it and FTP’d the folders
   and files.

 * `http://www.mattressdiscountoutlet.com/wp-login.php` – just 404’s
    `http://www.
   mattressdiscountoutlet.com/wp-admin` – just 404’s – should redirect to login
 * are you sure the files are in the root folder? like `html` or `htdocs` or `public_html`

 * Well there is no public_html, it’s a group of folders because there’s different
   domains being hosted there. Should I make a public_html and change all the files
   to there?

 * no – without knowing your set up…just ask your host exactly where they need to
   go
