I’m not sure how to correctly install the Google Analytics tracking code to my word press. I have watched a few videos on it, but they all show an older version of word press. Please help.

Do you have access to your template files?

I’m sure that I do, but I’m not exactly what you mean by template files.

If you’ve never worked with your theme files, just use a plugin like this one:

Your link looks exactly like what I’m trying to accomplish. I had a design company build our site and then hand it over to us with Word Press. I haven’t had full word press training, so I’m definately having significant trouble trying to determine what the exact steps I need to take in order to insert the tracking code into my wordpress.
