 * I have a site running fine on 2.8.4 ([http://www.mackhillfarm.com](http://www.mackhillfarm.com))
   I’m tying to add another WP instance in a subdirectory (/evals/). Readme.HTML
   works fine, but any PHP page is throwing an error 500 which I have to look at
   headers to see. I’ve done this before and it just worked.
 * not enough memory and bad .htaccess seem to be the popular suggestions, but wouldn’t
   both break the main instance too?
 * Thanks for any help.
 * Frank
