 * I got this message when trying to install plugins and WP update.
 * “Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings
   are correct.”
 * I got by default the hosting name, username, password, but when I clicked “Proceed”
   I got the above message.
 * What should I do?
 * There are two options of connection types: ftp and ftps (SSL). How do I know
   that I should choose any one of the two options?
 * Please help me. Thank you.

 * Contact your hosting provider. They should be able to tell what what connection
   types they support and any extra details that you might need.
