# Installing New Plugin Help

 * I am attempting to install a new plugin, and it is asking me for my **Hostname**,**
   Username**, and **Password**. I am sure this is simple, but I think I know which
   username and password to use, but the hostname is where I am confused. I set 
   up this blog a few months ago and I have not had time to mess with it much, and
   now I don’t remember if there was a hostname somewhere I needed to write down.
   I am not good at all this stuff… Thanks to anyone that can help!

 * It sounds like your server permissions for uploads are not allowing the auto-
   install to work in the default totally automatic way, and they are asking for
   your ftp details. Your hosting provider should have either already let you know
   these or they can do so if you ask.

 * I host with Blu, and have no idea what you are talking about, lol. I dont think
   they will give me any info like that, they are so hard to contact. I dunno.
