 * hi,
 * i completed step 1-4 and now have to Run the install script (step 5). when i 
   go to: [http://bulhata.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://bulhata.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   i see error message. Why is that ? how to fix it?

 * The site itself gives a 403, that’s not a good sign. Do you have a brandnew domain
   and hosting? Maybe your host didn’t finish setting things up yet.
