Installing favicon

    What in the world am I doing wrong?

    I created my favicon. I have tried installing it over and over, but nothing. I uploaded it in the following locations:

    public_html/thisissavvylicious/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/favicon.ico

    AND

    public_html/thisissavvylicious/favicon.ico

    Did I put it in the wrong place? I cleared my cache, restarted my browser, and waited 24 hours. Still nothing.
