 * HostGator, my webhost installed WordPress on their system for me. I have access
   to the dashboard. I want to install _Contact Form 7_ so that I can have a checkbox
   on my registration form.
 * How do I get from the dashboard to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory?

 * The easiest way to install any plugin is to click on “Add new” in the Plugins
   section of the dashboard vertical nav menu. Then search for Contact Form 7 and
   click install when prompted. Then WordPress will download the plugin, unzip it,
   and put it in plugins directory.
