 * I can not download the theme to my wordpress. The message says that there is 
   an that the folder is either invalid or corrupted.
 * Please help Thanks

 * Download the theme from provider’s website and extract it locally then upload
   that theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP. Now, you can activate
   the theme from your admin area.
