# Installing: 500 Internal Server Error

 * Hello,
 * I love this plugin but I can’t install it. I already contacted godaddy but they
   didn’t help me! When I try to install the plugin I receive a 500 Internal Server
   Error. I tried disablig all the plugins but the problem remains. The template
   I’m using is Valenti Template. I searched the .htacces file but I couldn’t find
   it. Please help me! Thanks a lot in advance.

 * It’s probably a Memory Limit issue you’re having read more about this here:
