Installing 1SC popup on WP

    I need help installing a popup form from 1ShoppingCart to my WP site. The code comes in three parts, and I am not at all sure how to install this on my WordPress site. I am using the Athalupa theme, but ther areas mentioned in the directions don’t seem to exist. I have pasted the instructions below…can someone help me out?
