# Installer taking hours…

 * The duplication process was quick (file size is over 1GB).
 * Upon moving it to a new subdomain to do work on the site, used the installer.
 * Set up the database, etc.
 * Hit processing.
 * It has now been processing for over 6 hours with no idea how much longer it will
   take.
 * Can you please advise?

 * Hi, ended up finding the package in the originating server, dragged it over to
   the target server and it worked.
 * Initially, when downloading it had to be recompressed (.zip), so that might have
   been the issue.
 * Regardless, thanks for taking the time out to assist.
