# Installer error

 * Hello there,
 * I have a problem with the plugin, when the package is done there are two files
   1. Installer 2. Archive. The second one is downloading perfectly, but when I 
   try to get the installer the page shows a message that “the site is unavailable”
   with that message “Site [http://www.piterpietrzak.net/wp-snapshots/20140704_piterpietrzakworld_53b7172736a581265140704210543_installer.php?get=1&file=20140704_piterpietrzakworld_53b7172736a581265140704210543_installer.php](http://www.piterpietrzak.net/wp-snapshots/20140704_piterpietrzakworld_53b7172736a581265140704210543_installer.php?get=1&file=20140704_piterpietrzakworld_53b7172736a581265140704210543_installer.php)
   it can me temporarry unavailable or it could be transfered on a new url.
    Error
   number: ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED”

 * That is a bit odd… I haven’t seen that one. Have you tried it on another browser
   by chance? If you want to submit a support ticket I can look at your issue closer…

 * Hello mate, whats a support ticket ? And yes, I have tried to download it in 
   chrome in which that message pops up, and when I use mozilla I get info “File
   C: \ Users \ Peter \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ nfvO0ho0.php.part can not be saved,
   because can not read the source file.”
