Installed WP locally and can’t change themes

    I’ve installed WP (latest version) on WAMP (latest version). The installation appeared to go okay, but when I’ve tried to change the theme from Default, I receive the following error message and the theme remains unchanged:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare op_choose_tab_type() (previously declared in D:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\options\app\config-advanced.php:17) in D:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\options\app\config-advanced_1.php on line 21

    Any ideas? I haven’t got a clue where to begin with this!

    I forgot to add… the problem appears to be regardless of which theme I try, so ignore the ‘options’ part of the path example given above.
