Installed widget and now cannot log into admin

I am new to WordPress and was adding a Flickr widget to my side bar and got an error. Wanted to try and log into Flickr and was not able to. I removed the widget from the sidebar and continued to get the same error. Now when you go to the site an error appears at the top of the site, and for some reason I cannot log in as administrator anymore. Any help would be appreciated. I have included the error message from the site.
