It installed under the htdocs path. When I pull up the website it pulls up under the url. I think I did everything right, but I am having issues uploading my inventory with a plugin. * I contacted my hosting company. They told me to switch the path or create a new ftp for wordpress. I’m left wondering if I did in fact WordPress correctly. The site seems to be working properly, but I cannot upload the inventory without getting signed out. * Is there a reason I should need to do this in order to upload inventory through a plugin? Is it inventory for a store? The plugin/theme [Automotive Listing ](http://themeforest.net/item/automotive-car-dealership-business-wordpress-theme/9210971/comments). * I’ve gotten in touch with the theme owner, they claim it is an issue with the hosting. I contacted my host, they claim it is an issue with WordPress. The host at least offered a solution, although I don’t think it makes much sense. Basically they are saying to either create a new FTP for the website to publish everything to ht doc or change the path of the website. WordPress is not equiped to work as a store, but [Woocommerce](http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/) is. WooCommerce is a free eCommerce toolkit for WordPress. * [Automotive Listing](http://themeforest.net/item/automotive-car-dealership-business-wordpress-theme/9210971) is a commercial theme, and if you plan to use this with Woocommerce (…it says that it is fully compatible with Woocommerce), then you need to contact their support in order to sort this and Woocommerce out. This theme also comes with a “CSV / XML File Import – includes an importer with automatic delimiter detection”. * Know that, if you plan to sell and ship, you will need an SSL certificate. I’m just trying to figure out how to import the entire inventory at once. At this point I get a server error anytime I try to import the entire inventory. I’ve tried to switch max execution time and increased memory limit, but that did not appear to make any difference. * After those steps I contacted Automotive Listing who told me to contact my host. The host at this point has told me try to get help from WordPress- cox communication seems to be adamant about NOT helping anyone using WordPress. * The hosting told me to switch the path or create a new ftp for wordpress.
