Installed template missing some graphic features

    Hi, I’m using WP Spectrum (Electrician) theme installed on WP 4.1.1
    I tried several times to install the update using automatic importing, but it always failed at some time for unknow reasons. I managed to install it manually in the end, but I have a big problem on some contenents not displaying properly.

    This is how the theme should look like:

    But, this how it is after the install on my site:

    I’ve tried to look around every settings, I think, but I couldn’t resolve the issue so the question is how do I make it look like in the theme demo? Just to clarify the problem, the dark gray box on the background is linear on my website but it should be with transverse sides.
