I installed the countdown widget – activated it and it appears to work but it doesn’t.

I can only get it to work as generic blue button stack on on top of another…

This is unacceptable and not as advertised…

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
