    Hello,

    I installed Imagify on my large WordPress site and ran the bulk optimization. One hour passed and still running. Only 1% optimization (15 Media Files Optimized). There are 598 Errors. I’m beginning to think this isn’t working for my website.

    I tried to refresh, logout, and even deactivated/reactivated Imagify and still the same issue. It runs but no optimization after 1% and 598 Errors still appears.

    I also installed Imagify to my connected (add-on) How To Video WordPress (smaller site) and the optimization went well with no errors.

    ​Sorry to hear about the issue! It looks like this is a same cause as in this thread. We are investigating it and will get back to you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can also try our debugging process but it might now work.

    So that you know, I have the free version of Imagify with 296.54MB / 525MB used.

    I installed/activated the Imagify Tools. Next, I activated and ran the Imagify plugin again.

    So far it seems to be optimizing the images on my large website. The numbers are steadily increasing but I have 967 errors showing.

    At the time of this message…

    The Overview data is showing 8% of the media files optimized (74 media files) and 4% of my website images have been optimized so far.
    I did not get this far the other day when the optimization appeared stuck.

    I’ll let you know how far I get or when completed. But all those errors do have me concerned a bit. Is there cause for concern.

    UPDATE:

    Hours have passed and Imagify optimization is stuck on 170 Media Files Optimized with 10% of website images optimized. The numbers are not increasing and 967 Error still remains.

    As we have multiple threads related to the same problem, I would like to propose you to mark this one as Resolved and to keep this one active for the future conversation.

    Once we find out the cause of the problem (our developers are checking this), we will update you.
