Your question can have two different answers…
Do you want to have attendees only have the Aurthorize.net option for all your events?
If so, you do not need this add-on. If you are using one single gateway for all your events, make sure that that one (Authorize.net, in your case)is the only activated one by simply going to Dashboard -> Events -> Payment Gateways and deactivate “Offline” using the inline action, shown on mouse-over.

Even if the Offline gateway is deactivated in these settings, an Admin can still add a manual booking (automatically using the Offline Gateway) here:

If you meant that you want to disable the Offline Gateway only for specific events (requiring this add-on), please share a screenshot of the gateway selection section in that Edit Event Page and a live link to the front-end version of that page.

I’d like for only certain events to ONLY have the ability to pay by credit card.
I have set this page to allow only Authorize.net, but both options authorize and pay offline still show up and i only want authorize,net to show up for this event: https://crscsafety.com/events/test927/

The screenshot is because I cannot access your admin, of course. The live link can provide much more info (console errors, p.e) than a screenshot.

As an additional note; when I’m adding an event, WP event Manager won’t let me publish the event until I have selected at least one of the payment options. The website is in test mode if you want to try to enter a test transaction. According to the gateway settings of the Above link you should not be able to pay with a purchase order, only a credit card, so please try to checkout with a purchase order.
