I don’t have a File Away shortcode generator on my pages either (I’m guessing it’s an issue with my Genesis theme). From within the plugin options, I looked at the Tutorial tab, and chose the “FileAway Attributes” tutorial. That gives you all the options for manually inserting shortcode. For example, you could insert:
[fileaway base="1" directories="on" flightbox="videos"]
Scratch that…I do have the File Away shortcode generator. When editing a page, you have to click the “Toolbar Toggle” button on the end, then the File Away icon shows up below it:

Ya I used the toggle all I have is that question mark you have…just wondering what ver of WordPress are you using ?
Mine: WordPress 4.7.2 running Parabola theme.
Nevermind – i deleted the plugin – reinstalled it and now I see the FA in the tool bar….

I can not get the FA icon to show in my editor, I have tried installing it manually with no results. With this theme Woffice it has not worked since I did an update a while back. Is there any way to get it to show in my editor?
Please and Thanks
