  • Have you enabled “Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files” on the Advanced Settings page?

I hadn’t changed any settings. My host loaded the plugin without my consent.

The plugin shouldn’t do anything to your login, I think you should talk to the support people at your hosting service.

I have similar issue. When trying to login, all sites turns white for me. Observing this with latest plugin version. Before the update, everything worked fine.

I have also found out, when I turn off the plugin from wp-config.php, or delete its .htaccess rules, the website works fine.

mikk_cz, is there anything in your php error log when you see a white page?

My webhoster do not provide me the error log, but I have identified the problem (in my case). My webhoster allows me to choose PHP 5.3 and 5.4. I have installed WP on 5.3 but recently switched to 5.4. After reverting back to 5.3, the problem is no more present.

That’s disturbing. I only have PHP 5.3.2 to test against. 🙁

If you wish, I will provide some temporarily on a subdomain for you. But I couldn’t find any e-mail contact. Please let me know sending an e-mail on any address @mikk.cz.

Maybe it’s a problem of moving from 5.3 to 5.4.

I don’t have time to look into it now, but I’ll be able to test it locally with 5.4 eventually. At least WordPress only requires PHP 5.2.4 so hopefully most people will stick with the older versions for a while.

Edit: thanks for the offer of help!

I have a problem logging in to my admin since I installed Super Cache. I didn’t enable known users anonymous and I think that this might be my problem. Is there any other way of changing this setting?

    Thanks in advance
