I received the following warning on installation:

I am able to log in to WordPress with the admin password and see the 'Hello World' post. I can create and save a post, but I cannot view the index.php file at
http://blog.ilanamercer.com/ (the index file exists - I can see it via ftp)
The following additional errors are generated if you try to view the blog

My hosting service uses Plesk. I seem to have correctly created a database. The blog is on a subdomain with path E:\sites\vhosts\ilanamercer.com\subdomains\blog\httpdocs.
All the WordPress files and subdirectories were loaded to the 'httpdocs' directory via ftp. I was unable to create subdirectories via ftp in the 'blog' directory. I suspect this may be part of the issue but need advice on how to proceed.
