 * I am trying to set up a blog with wordpress.org. I have downlaoded wordpress 
   version 3.8.1 but unfortunately after extracting the files, I do not know where
   to go from there.
    I have already purchased a domain and now in need of a web
   host. I am using an HP laptop, with Windows 7 and have wifi at home.
 * Please help!

   WordPress site
    or use any hosting site or the same site you bought your domain
   from and most of modern hosting sites have 1 click installation for WordPress

   contact your hosting, This is more of WordPress support forum
