Thanks for the information. It got clearer to me how it is supposed to work on my multisite install.
What did I notice in my subsite, see steps below:
1) upgrade database https://www.screencast.com/t/UHS7Z5iAJZtU
2) Upgrade finished successful https://www.screencast.com/t/voN37aSUUz
3) Upgrade canceled, after clicking, like on the log https://www.screencast.com/t/GJZkhBVsMgq
4) GamiPress visible in the subsite, although in the dashboard feeds. https://www.screencast.com/t/Qdu33EsDYPwD

We just launched a the 1.4.8 release that fixes the issues you mention here
Just update your GamiPress to fix all of them

Is it normal that I don’s anything GamiPress in my subsites? Or will that be a plugin conflict?

As described on the document about GamiPress on multisite (https://gamipress.com/docs/getting-started/multisite/):
“After activate GamiPress to the entire network you will be able to access to the GamiPress menus accessing to you main site dashboard (and just from the main site, sub sites will not shown this menus).”

Yes, this widget was incorrectly displayed on all sub-sites something that has no sense when is network wide active
So based on your report, we fixed it on latest release
Also, keep in mind that this widget just display information about registered points types, achievement types and rank types not user earned ones, for this reason we also added an extra check to show it just to users to access to manage GamiPress
