Stats are enabled? At the bottom of the page there is form to turn on/off.
Stats are generated when an users browse the app.
About the counter, it include all installations (including reviewers, demo app, …).

If I delete the app myself on my device, and re-install shoulf that pickup a valid installation stat now then?

Ok, stats are ok, thats the number of installations.
Always 0 even if you select the last 10 days?
I’ll check.
yes which is why I am not sure when it was enabled/cleared or otherwise. I did remove it and reinstall it after it was enabled for sure though.
Still getting zero installs shown on the plugin side but the store analytics show downloads…so something is not working with the install stats section
from apple:

Plugin stat page still shows zero installations…I think you may have a bug there.

Thanks, I’ll investigate.
thanks. I’m starting to promote it on social so we should see an uptick but the flat zeros on both is too odd to ignore. I assume it reaches out to APIs on some interval on the stores of some kind that provide that it that’s a guess. No outbound API calls would be blocked by the hosting as I’m using WC and square too. The page stats work but that’s internal to the site I’m sure where the installs is an external one to somewhere.

There is no API, it’s not linked to the Apple/Google, it’s managed on the plugin side by wpmobile.
that’s even more interesting then 🙂
