    I get an error message saying:
 * Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_VARIABLE' or `‘$” in /home/httpd/vhosts/

 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_filter() in /home/httpd/vhosts/pay-
   per-click-central.com/subdomains/blog/httpdocs/wp-includes/default-filters.php
   on line 4
 * I’ve trying reuploading, with the same result any ideas as to what is going on?
 * Help please?
