# Installation problem with content “! – !”

 * After installing the plugin, all it shows in the dashboard is exclamation marks
   and a text “zxn8CxAycxriWDrTWSurCa3ACVFKRTI6-1”. The error shows both in the 
   left side bar and in the contents of the plugin there is just blank space full
   of “! – !!” like all the text was replaced by some error message. I have deleted
   and re-installed the plugin 3 times, no change. The wordpress version i have 
   is Version 4.9.6.
    Please help! I’m not able to get my web page up and running
   because of this.

 * Please use Pinpoint >Tools to repair database and text. The (!) mark usually 
   appears if some text or translation is missing and can be easily fixed with Tools.
