Installation Problem: already installed? Need HELP!

I just got a new Host and new Webspace. On my old one wordpress worked fine but now I got a few problems. When I open the install.php i get this:

log in with the username “admin” and password “%2$s”.’), ‘../wp-login.php’, $random_password); ?>

Note that password carefully! It is a random password that was generated just for you. If you lose it, you will have to delete the tables from the database yourself, and re-install WordPress. So to review:’); ?>

I really don’t know what to do, because i haven’t installed it yet and the database stuff in wp-config is correct, too.
