# Installation Problem

 * I tried to update the plugin and it kept failing. Then I deleted it to reinstall
   the latest version with this message:
 * The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive
   structure

 * That’s interesting… I just installed it without any problems.
 * What method are you using to install it? Are you using the plugin installer, 
   are you uploading the zip file within WordPress, or are you using FTP?
 * Are you using the very latest version of the plugin? I released a new version
   yesterday (1.6.6), so make sure you’re using the latest one.
 * Can you try installing another plugin to see if you have the same problem?
