# Installation Problem

 * On a brand new, first time installation of WP 2.9.2 i receive the following error:
 * Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 16252928) (tried to allocate 30720 bytes)
   in /home/abc/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 351
 * Can anyone help please?
