# Installation Problem

 * My hosting provider only allows me to create a database using ftp but now the
   php script I’m using doesn’t allow me to create a database so that I can install
   wordpress after that. It gives an error message – Could not connect: ACCESS denied
   for user ‘baffoeproperties’@’sas.leo.co.ls’ (using password: YES)
 * How do I resolve that?

 * Does your host provide Cpanel access?
