# Installation Problem

 * I’m having a problem installing the pro version of the image gallery. When I 
   try to upload the plug-in, I get the following error: The package could not be
   installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record
   signature.
 * What can I do to fix this problem?

   installing the pro.
    If you do and it still appearing that error please contact
   us on [info@huge-it.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/installation-problem-100/info@huge-it.com?output_format=md)
   we will send you the new version as the version you get from server may be broken.
