 * Delete wp-content/plugins/wired-impact-volunteer-management/ via FTP or your 
   hosting control panel and then try the installation again.

 * I agree with [@sterndata](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sterndata/) that
   deleting the folder then trying to install again is the right approach.
