Installation issues

    Uploaded all files to my webhost. When I open page mysite/blog/wp-admin/install.php it just gives me the install ‘read me’ page. It does not actually do any install. I checked that the config.php is there.
    Any advice would be appreciated. This easy 5 minute install is now at about 90 mins!!

    Have you confirmed that your site is running PHP5? Did you set up a database and then configure your wp-config.php file to point to this new database?
