 * 1. Upload the plugin to your ‘wp-content/plugins’ directory
    2. Activate the 
   plugin
 * Now, what’s next?

 * goto Dashboard > Users Profile Fields > Add New Field

 * Mmm, sorry about the confusion. This plugin only add types of fields, not fields.
 * You need to create the fields yourself. This plugin add more options to the field’s
   type select when you create or edit a field.
