 * Hello,
 * I am wondering if anybody could guide me through the installation of this program.
   I am familiar with other personal publishing programs, but can’t seem to crack
   this one. I am getting an error message that either my database information is
   wrong or my username and password are wrong, and Im not quite sure why it is 
   telling me it is wrong,
 * Also should I be uploading this to my cgi-bin, and if not, where?

 * I suggest you to check the Podz guides, there is step by step installation and
   example for some wide used panel etc:

 * And if all the things above won’t help come back with specific question.
 * You have to upload WP into ur root directory of your webspace ot htdoc dir if
   there is one..
