 * Hi! To help you troubleshoot, more info is required. What exactly happens when
   you try to install? do you get an error message, does it time out, or does it
   show as installed but won’t activate? Also, how are you installing it (through
   Dashboard’s Add New, or uploading a ZIP file)?.

 * To help you troubleshoot this issue effectively, we will need a bit more information.
 * Could you please clarify the following details:
    - What exactly happens when you try to install? Do you get an error message,
      does the process time out, or does it show as installed but won’t activate?
    - How are you installing it? Are you doing this through the Dashboard’s “Add
      New” feature, or by uploading a ZIP file?
